Sultan Dimasangcay Adel (alternative spellingDimasangkay Adil, reigning 1578-1585) was the fourthsultan of Maguindanao in thePhilippines.[1] He was a direct descendant ofSharif Kabungsuwan, the first sultan of Maguindanao.[1][2] He was the son ofSultan Bangkaya with his Maguindanao wife.[2][3] Dimasangcay also had half brothers,Gugu Sarikula andBuisan, who also sequentially reigned as sultans of Maguindanao after him.[2][3]

Dimasangcay was married to Imbog, a Sulu woman, and they had a daughter named Paguian Goan.[4] The daughter later married aBasilan chief of Bornean descent, Adasaolan.[4]
