Czarna[ˈt͡ʂarna] (until 30 December 1999:Czarna Górna) is avillage inBieszczady County,Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-easternPoland, close to the border withUkraine. It is the seat of thegmina (administrative district) calledGmina Czarna. It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south ofUstrzyki Dolne and 93 km (58 mi) south-east of the regional capitalRzeszów.[1]
