TheCoats Baronetcy, of Auchendrane in the parish ofMaybole in theCounty of Ayr, is a title in theBaronetage of the United Kingdom.^[1] It was created on 7 December 1905 for James Coats, Director of J. and P. Coats Ltd, sewing cotton manufacturers. The second Baronet representedWimbledon andEast Surrey in theHouse of Commons as aConservative.

The first Baronet was a first cousin ofSir Thomas Glen-Coats, 1st Baronet, andGeorge Coats, 1st Baron Glentanar.
