Chrysalis Investments (previously known asMerian Chrysalis) is a largeBritish investment trust dedicated to investing in a portfolio of UK and European private companies with long-term growth potential.[1] Established in November 2018,[2] the company is listed on theLondon Stock Exchange and is a constituent of theFTSE 250 Index. Thechairman is Andrew Haining.[3]

The company was managed by Merian Global Investors until July 2020, when Merian was acquired byJupiter Fund Management.[4]
