Borislav Cvetković (born 30 September 1962) is a Serbianfootball manager and retired player. He was nicknamed "Lane sa Korane" (Doe ofKorana), by legendarysports commentator Ivan Tomić, while playing for Dinamo. When he moved to Belgrade, Tomić just switched his nickname to "Lane sa Marakane" (Doe ofMarakana), asRed Star Belgrade stadium is colloquially known.
During his club career he played forDinamo Zagreb,Red Star Belgrade,Ascoli,Maceratese,Casertana andBorac Čačak.
He made his debut forYugoslavia in a June 1983friendly match againstRomania, coming on as a 30th-minute substitute forMiloš Šestić, and earned a total of 11 caps, scoring 1 goal. He participated inUEFA Euro 1984. His final international was a November 1988World Cup qualification match againstFrance.[1]
Cvetković coachedFK Sopot, an expositure of Cvetković's former clubRed Star Belgrade. He also coachedObilić in one short term, he worked also as assistant toDragan Okuka in theSerbia U21 side.
Boro is the younger brother of the lateZvjezdan Cvetković, who was the coach ofBorac Banja Luka.
