Bobby Lawrence Watkins (born May 31, 1960) is an American former professionalfootball player who was acornerback in theNational Football League (NFL). He played for theDetroit Lions[1][2] after being selected in the second round[3] of the1982 NFL draft.[4] He playedcollege football for theTexas State Bobcats.

His son was a cornerback forNotre Dame.[3]
