TheBelgian Lion Award (Dutch:Belgische Leeuw, French:Lion Belge[1]) is afootball award in Belgium given annually to the bestMaghreb player of Arab / Amazigh origin in theBelgian First Division A.[2][3] Recently, secondary awards have also been handed out to the best footballer abroad, youngster, female footballer, coach and futsal player.
