Azaz District (Arabic:منطقة أعزاز,romanized: manṭiqat A'zāz) is adistrict ofAleppo Governorate in northernSyria. Theadministrative centre is the city ofAzaz. At the 2004 census, the district had a population of 251,769.[1]
The district lies betweenAfrin District to the west,Mount Simeon District to the south andal-Bab District to the east. To the north is theKilis Province of Turkey.
