April Bowlby (born July 30, 1980)[1] is an American actress and model. She is known for portrayingKandi on theCBS comedy seriesTwo and a Half Men (2003–2015),Stacy Barrett on theLifetime seriesDrop Dead Diva (2009–2014), andRita Farr on theMax seriesTitans (2018) andDoom Patrol (2019–2023).[2][3]

Early life

Her family moved fromVallejo, California toManteca, California when she was a child.[4] She attended and graduated fromEast Union High School.[4] Bowlby began a modelling career before deciding to pursue acting.[2]

Career

Bowlby secured the role of Kandi on the television seriesTwo and a Half Men within months of her first auditions. She is also known for her role as Stacy Barrett inDrop Dead Diva. She playedBarney Stinson's obsessive ex-girlfriend Meg inHow I Met Your Mother,[5] and has made appearances inCSI,Psych, andCSI: NY.[6][7] She has appeared in films such asAll Roads Lead Home (2008),[8]The Slammin' Salmon (2009),[9][10] andFrom Prada to Nada (2011).[11]

She starred asRita Farr on the showDoom Patrol.[12]
