Andrew Zenas Adkins (16 March 1877 - 1953) was a judge and state legislator in Florida.[1] Adkins was born inBradford County and studied law atCumberland University,Tennessee.[1] He served several terms in theFlorida Senate, gaining election for theSixteenth district in May 1908, defeatingA. D, Andrews.[1][2] He representedBradford County, Florida. He also served as mayor ofStarke, Florida for two terms, spanning 1907-8.[1][3][4]
