American Trucker was a television show on theSpeed cable channel.[1] Hosted by Robb Mariani, the pilot episode featured Robb helping another mechanic restore a 1980Kenworth K-100 Aerodyne trucks used in the TV showB. J. and the Bear, along with a short piece about the world's largest truck stop, theIowa 80.

American Trucker ran a total of 28 episodes across 2 seasons.

The show was produced byBud Brutsman and directed in part by Steve Beebe of the showOverhaulin'.[2] Show content was derived from Mariani's background with trucks and trucking history. Dan Bruno, the owner of the Rubber Duck's Mack truck fromConvoy and past owner of the Peterbilt tanker fromDuel[3] is credited on the show as a technical consultant.[2]
