Alexander Horváth (28 December 1938 – 31 August 2022)[1] was a Slovakfootballer who played as adefender. He made 26 appearances for theCzechoslovakia scoring 3 goals.[2]

Horváth was a participant at the1970 FIFA World Cup. He played mostly forSlovan Bratislava and also briefly forR. Daring Club Molenbeek[3] in Belgium, where he emigrated to. Horváth coachedR.W.D. Molenbeek andSakaryaspor.
