Abdeen Mosque (Arabic:مسجد عابدين) is the mainmosque in theWadi al-Joz neighborhood inEast Jerusalem, about 500 meters (1,600 ft) away fromAl-Aqsa and theOld City walls. It was built by brothers Abdel Muhsin and Omar Abdeen in 1939.[1]
