In January 2025, it was announced that a Christmascomedy film, tentatively titledJonas Brothers Christmas Movie, was in development forDisney+,[1] withJessica Yu directing, Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger writing the screenplay, andKevin Jonas,Joe Jonas, andNick Jonas starring as themselves.[2]Chloe Bennet joined the cast as Lucy.[3]
By January 2025,Justin Tranter had been hired to compose the score.[4]
A Very Jonas Christmas is scheduled to be released on Disney+ in December 2025.[2] The movie title was announced, along with a first teaser, duringJonasCon, afan convention held by theJonas Brothers to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the band.[5]
