The A527 is a road inEngland that runs from the town centre ofNewcastle-under-Lyme,Staffordshire toCongleton,Cheshire, by way ofWolstanton,Longport,Tunstall andBiddulph. As it passes throughTunstall it forms part of the new linkway connectingTunstall andChell with theA500, and takes its name from two of the areas most famous residentsReginald Mitchell Way andJames Brindley Way. Along its route it crosses theA52,A53,A500 and briefly merges with theA50.
