It was the 21st edition of theEstoril Open for the men (the 14th for the women), and was part of theATP World Tour 250 series of the2010 ATP World Tour, and of theInternational-level tournaments of the2010 WTA Tour. Both the men's and the women's events took place at theEstádio Nacional inOeiras, Portugal, from 3 May until 9 May 2010.Albert Montañés andAnastasija Sevastova won the singles title.
