The bottom three teams were relegated to the2. divisjon.
Bodø/Glimt andFyllingen won promotion to Tippeligaen, whileOdd,Pors,Fredrikstad,Os,Stjørdals-Blink andHaugar was relegated to the 2. divisjon.
