TheTitanees first appears inEarthBound Beginnings and they can be found in the areas surrounding Youngtown. Titanees have a very high Defense stat for those parts of the game, and it also is able to useHypnosis α. Generally, usingDefense Down or a strong PSI attacks can be a strategy to getting past their high Defense. TheTitanian is a tougher version of this enemy.

TheTitanees returns inMother 3 and can be found onMt. Oriander near theDrago Plateau inChapter 1. TheMother 3 Fan Translation now names it Titany to match its Japanese name. Like the Titanees inEarthBound Beginnings, it also has a more difficult version known as theTitanian.Mother 3 also introduced achimera variant, theSky Titany.
