TheStar Master is a character inEarthBound. He, as his name implies, is a master of thePSI technique,PK Starstorm. He first appears toPoo inDalaam immediately before Poo goes to his Mu training. After getting out of thePyramid inScaraba, he asks to take Poo to learn the ways of the Starstorm. He returns again in theCave of the Past to teach Poo PK Starstorm Ω. The Star Master has a fancy way of getting around: he appears, flies around spinning very fast, and lands gracefully.
