Master Eddy is a boss inChapter 7 ofMother 3. He is fought at the far end of theSea Floor Dungeon, which leads towardsTanetane Island. Right before he would be fully defeated, Master Eddy generates a massive whirlpool which causes all ofLucas and company's items to float away, reduces their HP to 1 and their PP to 0, and washes them up helpless on the shore of Tanetane.
