TheFobby is an enemy inEarthBound, being the more difficult counterpart of theFoppy. They appear on the upper floor ofLumine Hall, and are often found in large groups. They can appear alone, with 4-6 other Fobby,Uncontrollable Spheres,Hyper Spinning Robos andConducting Spirits. They are capable of using PSI, but begin battle unable to concentrate and thus cannot use PSI for several turns. They are weak toPSI Fire andPSI Freeze, as well asParalysis andBrainshock.
