Buggerror Rosemary (orNinten, as his name is later changed to) is a character inEarthBound Beginnings who resides in the eastern part ofSpookane. His family lived in theRosemary's house prior toNinten's arrival, the manor itself having since been overtaken by monsters. Buggerror and his parents can be found in the Spookane residential area, where the rest of the inhabitants are located, after Ninten has learned thefourth melody. Buggerror also gets renamed to whateverthe player has chosen to name Ninten in the beginning of the game.

• Buggerror's name is a combination of the words "Bug" and "Error".
• Buggerror's sprite was likely chosen for its resemblance to Ninten's, sharing his blue shirt and red hat colors.
