Proposed resolution (September, 2015):
Change _N5001_.14.6.3 [except.uncaught] paragraph 1 as follows:
...The functionstd::uncaught_exceptions()(17.9.6 [uncaught.exceptions]) returns the number of uncaught exceptionsin the current thread.
[Adopted at the February, 2016 meeting.]
The current specification ofstd::uncaught_exceptions()(_N5001_.14.6.3 [except.uncaught] paragraph 1) does not, but should, statethat it is the number of uncaught exceptions in the current thread.
