Proposed resolution (January, 2014):
Change 7.6.1.9 [expr.static.cast] paragraph 10 as follows:
...A value of floating-point type can alsobeexplicitly converted to an enumeration type...
The specification of conversion from integral or enumeration typein 7.6.1.9 [expr.static.cast] paragraph 10 uses the phrase“explicitly converted,” while the description ofconversion from floating point to enumeration omits the word“explicitly.” Presumably these should be harmonized.
