Proposed resolution (August, 2011):
This issue is resolved by the resolution ofissue 1369.
The provisions allowing the use ofthis in a constantexpression appear to be unnecessary, as any uses ofthis ina constant expression that are valid will be replaced by functioninvocation substitution.
