Change the indicated bullet of 6.3 [basic.def.odr] paragraph 4as follows:

The requirement in 6.3 [basic.def.odr] paragraph 4 that atypeT must be complete if an expression is implicitlyconverted to a pointer toT or reference toTinadvertently applies to user-defined conversions, although it wasintended only to refer to built-in conversions.
