Family-friendly with exceptional service
The staff was really incredible, going above and beyond. had a late check-in with two sleeping toddlers, and the front desk guy not only got me a room close to the parking lot but stood outside holding my other child while I carried everything. The room itself—had two double beds and was surprisingly clean and comfortable, definitely more than I expected!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know what. it was still acceptable.

Had a great time with my friends! The room was clean and spacious, perfect for group vacations. We explored world-class shopping at The Mall at Short Hills and enjoyed amazing live music. Ideal spot for relaxation and fun! Can't wait to return.
One night, the restaurant was closed for dinner, leaving us without food options which was disappointing.

Spent a night here and it was pretty nice! The staff was super welcoming, really made me feel at home. The rooms are comfy, and I got a great vibe from the lobby with its fancy mirrors. I stayed one night as a family traveler. The double beds were comfortable and water pressure was excellent. The lobby had plenty of seating and nice decor. Breakfast was enjoyable. however, it was pricey for kids. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. ☕
