Room was fine and location great, but the smoke smell was overwhelming.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore. The two queen beds were exceptionally comfy, and the fluffy pillows added to a restful night after a day of sightseeing. However, street noise was overwhelming. earplugs are essential if you hope to sleep soundly. The maintenance issues were disappointing as they were not addressed promptly by staff.

The large room had stunning views and a comfortable bed. The design features definitely need an upgrade, though!

Great for a short stay, but expect noise

We stayed for two nights in a King Room and found it comfortable but very noisy due to the downtown location. Staff were adequate but not overly warm. Enjoyed nearby ORSO for dinner since the hotel restaurant only served breakfast. Perfect for a quick visit, but bring earplugs!

It was a great match for a city break in Anchorage with great value for money. The bathroom needed some serious cleaning upon arrival, which was disappointing. Be prepared for basic accommodations. manage your expectations.
