Due to both content and animation quality, this movie feels much older than it actually is. That's not to say either are sub par, this movie is just a classic fairytale told using classic animation during an era that was pushing the new. It has both the beauty and the wit of its counterparts, and the musical numbers to back it all up. There is an abundance of side characters / kicks, but each stands out in its role. This is the most Disneyesque non-Disney movie you will ever see.

The 90s version of Land Before Time (where there are endless sequels) this adaptation of the classic Ballet Swan Lake has good animation and some decent songs but the script and characters don't have substance

Films fine... a life changing masterpiece no but it's not rotten either critics here are way over critical. Put it on your kids will watch it quiet for half the film as you pretend not to and catch up on chores. .by the end of it...you will watch it in tears as your kids make another mess. Then you will vaguely google swan lake ballet tickets It's actually pretty decentAnimation is very nice Plot is goodMusic and sound let's it down a little...But overall exceeds expectations
