GENERAL MacARTHUR'S HEAD-
QUARTERS, Thursday.-Sir Howard
Florey, Professor of Pathology at
Oxford University, is in the South-
west Pacific area, lecturing medical
officers on the use of penicillin.
He has completed a short tour of
Army hospitals in the Madang, Alexis-
hafen, and lae areas.
Professor Florey will spend three
months in Australia at the invitation
of the Commonwealth Government.
