| SAM S70 | TheSAM S70 is based on the 32-bitARM® Cortex®-M7 RISC processor with floating point unit (FPU). It operates at a maximum speed of 300 MHz and features up to 2 MB of Flash, dual 16 KB of cache memory and up to 384 KB of SRAM with tightly coupled memory options. | SAM V70/V71 | TheSAM V70/V71 microcontrollers are automotive grade (AEC-Q100 Grade 2 (-40C / 105C)) versions of the SAM S70 and SAM E70 devices.
