Choose to erase all memory before programming or to merge code.

PROGRAM OPTIONS OPTION CATEGORY

Erase All Before ProgramCheck to erase all memory before programming begins. Unless programming new or already erased devices, it is important to have this box checked. If not checked, the device will not be erased and the program code will be merged with the code already in the device.
Enable Low-Voltage ProgrammingFor Programmer Settings only, PIC®12F/16F1xxx devices:
For the LVP configuration bit set toLow-voltage programming enabled, you may program in either high-voltage (default) or low-voltage (enabled here.)
For the LVP configuration bit set toHigh-voltage on MCLR/VPP must be used for programming. You may only program using high-voltage.
Programming MethodSelect eitherApply VDD before VPP (default) orApply VPP before VDD.
LED Brightness SettingSelect the level of brightness from 1 (darkest) to 10 (brightest).
PGC ConfigurationSelect either none, pull up or pull down. The default is pull down.
PGC resistor value (kΩ)Type in a resistor value from0-50. The default value is4.7 kΩ.
PGD ConfigurationSelect either none, pull up, or pull down. The default is pull down.
PGD resistor value (kΩ)Type in a resistor value from0-50. The default value is4.7 kΩ.
Program SpeedSelect eitherLow, Normal or High. The default isNormal.
