Emulator Communication with the PC
The emulator communicates with the PC and is powered through the USB cable. The emulator cannot power the target from USB power. To power the target, use the MPLAB® REAL ICE™ Power Monitor (AC244008). See the"Power Monitor for the MPLAB® REAL ICE™ In-Circuit Emulator User’s Guide" (DS50002532).
