MSU is one of the top research universities in the world on one of the biggest, greenest campuses in the nation. Home to nationally ranked and recognized academic, residential college, and service-learning programs, we're a diverse community of dedicated students and scholars, athletes and artists, scientists and leaders.

University Archives & Historical Collections of Michigan State University is a place of discovery. More than 150 years of MSU history can be explored, including original letters and diaries, photographs, and oral histories. Our collections span the entirety of MSU's history and also contain historical materials not related to MSU. Some of our collection highlights include materials that document the physical campus and grounds, early student life, the lumber industry, environmentalism in Michigan, and the Civil War.

A collection of website related to the university response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Also includes some of the surrounding communities.

Labeling Daily Values

The FDA has established four sets of Daily Values (DVs) for labeling of foods and dietary supplements: adults and children 4 years and older, children 1 through 3 years, infants 1 through 12 months, and pregnant and lactating women. In establishing these DVs, the FDA selects the highest RDA value established by the the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine's Food and Nutrition Board (FNB) within each of these four age and condition groups. The following table compares the "old" DVs with the "new" DVs. All labels must comply with the "new" DVs by July 26, 2020.NOTE: the FDA has updated both the amounts and units used to express the amounts found in dietary supplements. See theNutrient Unit Conversion Factors section or use the calculator to convert between units.

Based on the reference caloric intake of 2,000 calories for adults and children aged 4 years and older, and for pregnant women and lactating women.
