These crawls are part of an effort to archive pages as they are created and archive the pages that they refer to. That way, as the pages that are referenced are changed or taken from the web, a link to the version that was live when the page was written will be preserved.

Then the Internet Archive hopes that references to these archived pages will be put in place of a link that would be otherwise be broken, or a companion link to allow people to see what was originally intended by a page's authors.

The goal is tofix all broken links on the web. Crawls of supported "No More 404" sites.
This is a collection of web page captures from links added to, or changed on, Wikipedia pages. The idea is to bring a reliability to Wikipedia outlinks so that if the pages referenced by Wikipedia articles are changed, or go away, a reader can permanently find what was originally referred to.

Volley for a Cure fundraiser here October 2:The BFHS Volleyball Team “Volley for a Cure” is Tuesday, October 2, when the Badgers host the Clark Fork Wampus Cats. All funds raised through shirt sales, a silent auction and paid admission are kept local and donated to The Bonners Ferry Women’s Cancer Support and Education Group.

Highway 1 crash claims Bonners Ferry man:A report of a vehicle in the ditch off Highway 1 near Copeland Road led deputies through a farmer's field Friday afternoon and to the crash that claimed the life of Steven Dean Price, 29, Bonners Ferry. The call initially came in of a vehicle in the ditch with the driver having possible suffered a medical emergency at about 1:08 p.m.

Panhandle Health launching Parents as Teachers:Panhandle Health District has announced they are now accepting clients for the Parents as Teachers program that will begin this October. Parents as Teachers is an international non-profit organization that promotes optimal early development, learning and health of young children by supporting and engaging their parents and caregivers.
Sagle 20-year-old dies in crash: A 20-year-old Sagle man is dead after a three vehicle collision this morning on Highway 200 near Hope. According to the Idaho State Police, Tommie Casteel, 20, Sagle, was driving east in a blue and silver Ford pickup on SH200 at about 7:25 a.m. today when he crossed left of center near mile 44.8.

~ Deep Creek Loop getting permanent repair ~
Deep Creek Loop will be closed for permanent repairs from the north Highway 95 junction at Mirror Lake Golf Course south to Peaceful Way beginning at 7 a.m. Monday, October 1, through 7 p.m. Wednesday, October 17. The road is expected to reopen with some delays on Thursday, October 18. Plan on using an alternate route until the project is complete.
Banding ducks in the Idaho Panhandle:Another successful year of duck banding just wrapped up on Panhandle Wildlife Management Areas. Rule gives extra time to buy Medicare supplement: Idahoans under the age of 65 who qualified and enrolled for benefits under Medicare parts A and B will now have an additional three-month window to purchase a Medicare supplement plan, thanks in part to a temporary rule change approved by the Idaho Department of Insurance.

KNF fall prescribed burns planned:Fire managers on the Kootenai National Forests are gearing up for prescribed burning season as weather and conditions allow. Fire managers monitor weather and fuels to determine when burning can be safely conducted. Burned areas are monitored to ensure that fire remains within the project boundaries.
Post Falls hiring event coming October 10:The North Idaho Fall Job Fair hosted by the Idaho Department of Labor is coming to Post Falls from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 10, with hundreds of jobs available for immediate hire.

Closures still in effect on NW Montana fires:There are closure orders around fire areas on the Kootenai National Forests in northwest Montana that were issued during the peak fire season that are still in effect. The fire closure orders are still in effect for the Davis Fire, Gold Hill Fire and Rampike Fire.All other fire closure orders have been rescinded by acting forest supervisor Chad Benson.

Donna ConroyDonna Faye Conroy, 60, passed at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital while holding hands with her loving husband Greg on September 7, 2018, after a courageous 13 year battle with cancer. A Celebration of Donna’s Life will be held in the backyard of her home, where friends and family can come together to laugh, share stories and exchange happy memories from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, October 6, at 5186 Highway 3 and 95 West in Cranbrook.
