Naomi Stikeman earned international acclaim performing with The National Ballet of Canada, Béjart Ballet Lausanne, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal, La La La Human Steps, and Celine Dion.  Naomi’s performing career culminated with a Gemini Award and the production of her own show, Çaturn, with distinguished collaborators Crystal Pite, Robert Lepage, Peter Chu and Matthew Banks.

Upon retiring from the stage and driven to support the next generation of artists, Naomi became a coach through the Coaches Training Institute in Los Angeles and launched the Las Vegas Performing Arts Initiative(LVPAI); an educational program that connects schools from Nevada and California with celebrated performers, choreographers and directors through educational workshops and intensives. 

After working with hundreds of teenagers, and consulting with twice as many parents, Naomi launchedApex Bridge; a resource composed of coaches and psychotherapists designed to support the transition from adolescence to adulthood.

As a proud graduate of Canada's National Ballet School, and with a global network within the arts community, Naomi is aGuest Teacher for world renowned ballet schools and companies. She is also theExecutive Director for Chuthis. and theDirector of the Ballet Division at Bunker Dance Centre in Las Vegas.

Through increased outreach and scholarship funding for LVPAI, and by building upon partnerships with local schools and the University of Las Vegas, Naomi seeks to introduce more students to the performing arts.  By integrating top entertainment professionals focused on high calibre training into school systems, Naomi’s initiatives aim to empower students, the overall success of their schools, and communities at large.
