Hello and Welcome

My name is Janice Prior and I am the new chairperson of the British Mule Society.

I myself have a large Suffolk Punch mule called Ruby, but you do not have to own a mule to enjoy them or to be part of the Society.

The Society believes that everybody should be able to have the opportunity to see and touch and gain information about these intelligent and beautiful animals, so we though out the year take our mules or hinnys to shows for the public to come and meet them and to answer any questions that people may have.

Being a member of the Society gives you the chance to follow the events and be part of them if you wish, to receive the quarterly journal "The Mule" and to come along to Mule Weekend (mule camp) where you can get together with other members.

Welcome to this exciting website where you can get information, tips and the chance to be part of a Society that cares and loves these wonderful hybrids.

Please browse and enjoy Janice Prior and Ruby
