


In 2000 Ekaterina Pronicheva graduated from the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, in 2011 graduated from the Faculty of Arts of the Moscow State University.
From 1997 till 2010 she worked as a lawyer in “Rosgosstrakh”, UST, “Gazprom” and practiced law.
In March 2012 she became the first deputy head of the Department of Culture of Moscow. In December 2013 she was appointed as the head of the Department of Cultural Heritage of Ministry of Cultural Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Since April 2014 Ekaterina Pronicheva has been working as the first Deputy General Director of JSC “VDNH”.

In 2002 Mikhail An graduated from Drexel University (USA). Magna Cum Laude, Honors, Academic Excellence in Economics Award. In 2009 he completed training course at the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation (specializing in “State financial control in the Russian Federation”).
From 2000 to 2006 he worked in the international financial institutions, industrial and consulting organizations at analytical and executive positions. He executed projects in the sphere of information and communication technologies and the Internet.
From 2006 to 2011 he worked at the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. Until 2008 he was the Head of the Department of Investment Climate Department of Investment Policy, up to 2011 worked as the Deputy Director of the Department of Investment Policy and Development of the public-private partnership.
From June 2011 Mikhail An worked as the first deputy head of the State Secretary of the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship in Moscow. During his work in the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship in Moscow was in charge of creating investment and innovation infrastructure, land use planning, including the development of convention and exhibition industry.
Since December 2014 Mikhail An is the first Deputy General Director of JSC “VDNH” in the sphere of congress and exhibition activity.

In 1987 Mikhail Kardash graduated from Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrument where he specialized in “Radio-electronic devices”.
More than 15 years he occupied management positions in major research institutes, construction and infrastructure production associations. From 2004 to 2005 he worked in the department of urban planning policy, development and reconstruction of Moscow, and then in the Department of Economic Policy and Development of Moscow. From 2009 to 2012 Michael was the Deputy Head of the Department of Economic Policy and Development of Moscow. In 2013 he was appointed as a Design and Construction Director of “Mosinzhproekt”.
Since 2014 Mikhail Kardash is a Deputy General Director of JSC “VDNH”. He is in charge of construction, infrastructure and technical support of the complex.

In 2004 Irina Gordina-Nevmerzhitskaya graduated from the faculty of Economics, Sociology and Law of Moscow State Pedagogical University named after V.I. Lenin. In 2006, completed postgraduate studies at MGIMO and defended her dissertation to get the degree of candidate of sociological sciences. The subject of the dissertation is “Sponsorship as a social technology of organizations image management”.
In 1998 Irina started her career as a specialist in public relations at JSC “Iridium-Eurasia”. In 1999 she became a head of the Department of Consumer Goods at PR-agency Pro-Vision Communications. In 2000-2004 Irina worked as a PR and fundraising director of the Russian National Agency of international festivals (Rosinterfest).
In 2004 she became one of the founders of the communications agency “Media Republic”. Among the projects of the agency is the appearance of “Zurich” insurance company on the Russian market, advertising and promotion of the insurance group “MSK”, rebranding of hockey club "Spartak", cooperation with the Federation of hockey on the repositioning of Ice Hockey Cup by the Mayor of Moscow and involvement of partners and sponsorship deals of Moscow International House of Music administration. During 2009–2011Irina was combining the agency management together with her work of PR and special projects Adviser to the Vice President of the construction holding “Vedis Group”. In 2011–2013 she was a Director of external communications in a group of companies “Terra Auri”.
In April 2014 Irina Gordina-Nevmerzhitskaya was appointed Deputy General Director of JSC “VDNH”. She is in charge of external communication and international relations of the Exhibition.

In 1997 Alexander Yakovlev graduated from Moscow University of Consumer Cooperation where specialized in “Economics and Management in trade and public catering” and got a qualification of economist.
Alexander has 15 years of experience in the field of economic and information security. He worked on executive positions in this sphere in “Povolzhskoye OVK” Bank, Joint Stock Company “Russian Railways”, “SVK Invest” LLC.
Since May 2014 Alexander Yakovlev is a Deputy General Director of JSC “VDNH” and is in charge of the security matters.

In 2004 Dmitry Babkin graduated from Moscow Institute of International Economic Relations where he specialized in “Accounting, analysis and audit”. In 2009 he graduated from the Academic Law Institute with the degree in “Jurisprudence”.
In 1997 he started working in the financial departments of different business organizations. From 2004 till 2007 he was working in the executive branch of Sakhalin Region as a Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the economy, and then he was appointed as a Deputy Head of the Delegation of the Sakhalin Region in Moscow. Since 2008 he was working at executive positions at JSC “Ural Industrial - Ural Polar”, JSC “Oboronstroy”, JSC “Russian Railways - Development of Railway Stations”.
In May 2014 Dmitry Babkin is a Commercial Director of JSC “VDNH”.

In 1978 Alexander Egorov graduated from Moscow Institute of Railway Engineers. He began his career at the Department of Automated Control Systems of the Institute.
Since the early 1980s he has been working at the VDNH. He has gone a long way from a senior engineer in the Office of the Technical Operations to the Deputy Director General.
Since 2012 Alexander Egorov is a Technical Director of JSC “VDNH”.

In 2000 Alexey Korolev graduated from St. Petersburg Military Technical University where he majored in civil engineering.
In 2009 he became the first deputy director of CJSC “Administration and Maintenance of VVC”. More than a year he worked as a Deputy Technical Director of “VDNH”.
Since June 2014 Aleksey Korolev is a Director of CJSC “Administration and Maintenance of VDNH”.

In 2002 Svetlana Ramazanova graduated from the Peoples' Friendship University where she majored in "International Law" with a master’s degree in law. She studied at the Russian Academy of State Service specializing in "Management of the region." She speaks English and Italian.
Since 2003 Svetlana Ramazanova worked in commercial and government structures. She was the one who organized the exhibition of the Russian regions in the House of the Government of the Russian Federation and was granted class rank of Active State Advisor of the second class. In 2009 Svetlana was invited to VDNH to execute a project of Russian exposition at the World Universal Exhibition EXPO-2010 in Shanghai. Later she became Deputy Head of the Department of promotional activities and events.
Since December 2010 Svetlana Ramazanova is the Head of the Department of Advertising and Marketing of JSC “VDNH”.

In 1980 Luydmila Rusinova graduated from the faculty of "International Economic Relations" of Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
From 1970 to 2009 she worked in the federal executive authorities (Ministry of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Development, and Ministry of Industry). She coordinated the work of the exhibition, trade fair and congress activity in the Russian Federation being Executive Secretary of the Russian Government Commission on the exhibition activity.
In August 2009 Lyudmila was appointed as the Head of the Department of Exhibition Activity planning and Support of JSC “VDNH”.
Since November 2012 Lyudmila Rusinova is the Head of the Department CIS Countries Cooperation and Foreign Relations of JSC “VDNH” as well as the Executive Director of the Interstate Council for Exhibition, Trade Fair and Congress Activity of the CIS countries.
