These crawls are part of an effort to archive pages as they are created and archive the pages that they refer to. That way, as the pages that are referenced are changed or taken from the web, a link to the version that was live when the page was written will be preserved.

Then the Internet Archive hopes that references to these archived pages will be put in place of a link that would be otherwise be broken, or a companion link to allow people to see what was originally intended by a page's authors.

The goal is tofix all broken links on the web. Crawls of supported "No More 404" sites.
This is a collection of web page captures from links added to, or changed on, Wikipedia pages. The idea is to bring a reliability to Wikipedia outlinks so that if the pages referenced by Wikipedia articles are changed, or go away, a reader can permanently find what was originally referred to.

This is part of the Internet Archive's attempt torid the web of broken links.

Sleeping Dogs - Year of the Snake is a DLC add-on to Sleeping Dogs which takes place after the events of the original game - it's treated as a separate campaign on the main menu. In it, Wei Shen is a beat cop who is tasked with keeping the peace through a series of bomb threats during New Years' celebrations.

It's a decent enough DLC, with a few more missions and extras. There's nothing particularly unique about it, so it's only worthwhile for people really enjoy the characters and settings of Sleeping Dogs, but it's more than worth the purchase price when on sale.

Another DLC not worthy of the main game.

The main Sleeping Dogs game emphasized the protagonist's criminal life almost to the complete exclusion of his life as a police officer, so a police-themed DLC to balance out his dual personality would seem to be a welcome thematic addition.

Unfortunately, much like North Point, YotS offers barely any content for its seven dollars, and you'll easily complete everything it has to offer in one or two sessions. While its ideas are compelling, its implementation of such concepts as the taser, handcuffs and riot gear are severely unimaginative, making them mere aesthetic sidegrades - or, in the gas of the awful tear gas launcher, downgrades - to your normal combat moves from the main game.

Unlike Nightmare in North Point, YotS also includes exceptionally tedious, terribly thought-out side content that does little justice to the potentially exciting theme of leading the life of a police officer. The medals are especially poorly-conceived, and, in one case, require you to actually restart the DLC from a fresh save and farm a checkpoint to get gold.

NiNP was enjoyable, but I felt cheated by its brevity. By contrast, YotS barely has anything going worth it, and I feel almost aggravated by its very existence, it so poorly plays what should have been a winning hand of hard-boiled copper gameplay.

even though the description says that these missions are "set after the sleeping dogs main story" as if they're some sort of big canon thing that actually matter they're basically the same thing as the other dlcs in that they're just loose mission packs where the gist of the story is "hey there's a new bad guy we need you wei shen" "ok i'm on it" and then you go and kill a bunch of grunts for 5 missions and then take out the leader in the 6th only now you get a taser and a tear gas gun

it's basically a pack of 6 missions of punching people and then shooting people sleeping dogs-style which would be fine if it was actually connected to the main game but despite the fact that this is apparently supposed to continue the story it's a separate environment that you have to load separately from the main game like nightmare on north point so if you were thinking you'd be able to use that fancy-♥♥♥ car you got from the wheels of fury dlc or any of the cool skills you learned throughout the main game then boy have i got some bad news for you

Year of the Snake sort of confuses me when I think about it.

It takes place after the main storyline of the game, due to the mass amount of carnage the player causes on a continual time period. You are stripped of your rank and assigned to little more then a meter maid before a new cult arrives and begins recking carnage on the city. Due to the eponymous Year of the Snake Chinese new year.

My biggest problems with this DLC are more to do with it sharing the same issues as Nightmare in North Point. It is in general a surprising lack of content with a linear storyline. It has actually made me speculate a little on the nature of DLC. Had Sleeping Dogs been made 10 years ago this would've likely been absorbed into a full fledged expansion pack with Nightmare at North Point. Had they spent all their budget on that rather then the smaller stuff, I'd dare say it would've given Bethesda's or Rockstar's DLC a run for it's money. But because it attempts to go for this really low priced bite sized DLC, it suffers as a whole.

Maybe in the future Squeenix will learn their lesson with regard to DLC since almost all of their games just pump it out on an almost weekly basis. It's a little odd compared to their Japanese releases like Final Fantasy which don't feature any DLC at all.
