Rachel Williams: Chelsea Ladies forward joins Notts County
Versatile England forward Rachel Williams has joined Notts County Ladies from Chelsea.
The 26-year-old, who can play as a striker or in midfield, moves to Meadow Lane after one season with Chelsea, having scored seven goals in 13 games.
Williams, the Women's Super League top scorer in 2011 with Birmingham City, has 13 England caps.
"She is a fantastic addition," Notts County Ladies manager Rick Passmoor toldthe club website.
"Rachel's proved her quality at this level since the league started. She's a versatile player who adds real quality and we're excited to welcome Rachel into this football club."
The former Doncaster Rovers Belles and Leicester City player was also part of Great Britain's London 2012 Olympic Games squad.
