I received an ATM7013 android tablet when I ordered a Allwinner A13 android tablet. The ATM7013 chipset is very weak and has major compatibility issues as its based on a mips cpu and not arm. The A13 has a decent Mali 400 gpu, the ATM has a weak vivante GC800 which can't run all the tests of antutu for example. The arm chip is more powerful than the mips and run at a faster speed, the A13 has a dedicated high performance vpu chip for decoding video, the ATM isn't competitive in this regard. The general figure at the end of antutu is much weaker performance. Then there is the even worse issue of application compatibility you are prevented from running a lot of software. The ATM7013 is a truly awful chip. Please treat your customers with more respect and do not sell products with the wrong description. I doubt anyone wants an ATM7013 tablet even at a $5 or $10 saving its just not worth it.

Thats exactly the tablet I bought. If only I did a bit more research before buying I would of realised an A13 tablet can't have a hdmi port. They don't have that feature in the chipset. That said the A10 performs the same so it should have been an A10 tablet which do support hdmi.

My tablet is rubbish, it won't work with a huge percentage of android software and sods law its the stuff I want to run that won't run and the software I'm less interested in that will.

I've now purchased a tablet from aliexpress. Its an A13 tablet for a lot less than what I paid here for my abysmal ATM tablet. I paid about £33 for the fraudulant tablet here but about £27 from aliexpress. That said I haven't got that one yet but the dealer has re-assured me its a boxchip/allwinner a13. Also aliexpress takes fraud more seriously than paypal. Aliexpress don't pay the shop until you receive it and you are satisfied so shops are motivated to be honest.

I've put a claim in with paypal for a full refund but paypal don't seem to care about fraud in my experience, you have to go to the credit card company and do a chargeback (which is easy to do) but not quite as easy as a paypal claim.

I have placed many orders with buyincoins previously and been very happy with them. Up until they commited fraud against me I wouldn't hear a word against them. They'd been brilliant. In fact due to great prices, fast delivery and good packing I will use them again for products they can't commit fraud on. More basic products. I would strongly recommend people do not buy android tablets from this company.

Exactly, I've done a lot of orders with buyincoins and I was satisfied. But this tablet was bad buy... 

I solved it with buyincoins and they offered two possible solutions: they pay me $12 and I let it repair locally (do you think that somebody for $12 "change" CPU in tablet and repairs bad display???) or I send it bad and they refund price of tablet - but without delivery costs and money I paid customs. I found that in that case I'd pay 60% of price of tablet, that won't be refunded! After a long discussion with stuff I took $12 - I've not seen any better solution.

BTW, in home page of buyincoins, where is the tablet advertised, you can see 9 reviews (and 5 stars :( ) for this product, but in page of product are only 2 reviews and both positive!!! So it's visible that not only my truthful review is somewhere well hidden... 

I noticed that about the reviews and the fact there wasn't as many reviews as stated and assumed the same as you. The fact they won't honestly tell people the chipset in the tablet shows they understand the weakness and problems of the ATM chipset. Maybe they'd wrongly purchased them without realising the issues and found that they simply didn't sell when being honest about the chipset. I would of never considered buying such a chipset.

Hopefully these comments will go un-noticed by buyincoins staff but serve as a warning to consumers who find them so they know not to buy a android tablet from this company.

Even though I have informed them of the issue they have not changed the web page from the product. They continue to mis-sell this product in a fraudulant way.

The comment below says 'buyincoins is a professional electronics online website', they most certainly aren't.

My paypal claim is taking some time but its clear buyincoins seem to use delay tactics all the time. Paypal are normally pretty useless it has to be said unless you get a non-delivery which is easy to deal with. I'll probably have to make a chargeback claim in the end with my credit card company. 

Despite the sheer uselessness of the tablet I've used it a few times. What I've noticed is that angry birds space works when you fully reset the tablet but after installing over apps it often stops working as do other applications. I can't put my finger on what's causing the issue. It seems when you are using a mips cpu the android os is like in alpha or beta state and not realy stable. I have a android Allwinner a10 mini pc that plugs into a tv and that is brilliant, a little slow but very compatible with just about everything and stable. An allwinner a13 tablet should perform the same but this thing is truly awful. It's about half the speed of the a13 for software that actually works with it. Buyincoins must realy hate their customers.

I am not sure if to solve this case by Paypal is the best solution.  Regarding to https://cms.paypal.com/cz/cgi-bin/marketingweb?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=ua/UserAgreement_full&locale.x=en_TE#13.%20PayPal%20Buyer%20Protection point 13.4 you will get back "purchase price of the item and original postage costs only",and exactly that offered me BIC too. But return costs and customs fee are in my case 60% of price of tablet! 

Regarding my measurements is antutu benchmark of this one 1980 points, my old 1GHz tablet has 3100...

I can't get antutu to complete the benchmark, it crashes out at the end. However it looks like it would result in the same benchmark. I'm having trouble in that the more apps I install the less compatible previously installed apps become for some reason. Not sure what the problem is.

I don't know where you are but I'm in the UK. Remember this is fraud and there is no contract of sale. The sales contract is for the original product description which they have never supplied. It is for the seller to collect or pay return carriage for the goods incorrectly sent. However in this instance the seller is making no attempt to correct the issue so it is clear fraud anyway and no way can they pretend its a mistake. Paypal terms and conditions can not negate normal law. However because paypal are outside the UK they don't seem to care much. If I don't get a positive response from paypal my complaint will include paypal as well as buyincoins to the credit card company as paypal have willingly participated in fraud.
