Croatian Post introduced photography service
Croatian Post has introduced for its users a new photography and personalised gift service in all post offices. Along with the production of photographs in several sizes this service provides a possibility of producing a number of other objects with the motives from photographs. On offer are photo books of different sizes with hard and soft covers, calendars, greetings cards and postcards.

Western Union

Starting from 27July 2013 a new service SMS notice of collected payment aimed to senders of Western Union money orders will be available. The service is free of charge for users, it is in Croatian language and will run as follows: “From Western Union: <Name and family name > the ADDRESSEE has collected your money transaction. Thank you!”  In case the sender wants to receive such a message he/she should write his/her mobile telephone number in the usual WU form “To send money”, filled in at post office.

evotv now built-in in Grundig LED TV sets
Croatian Post continues with digital TV evolution and has advanced its evotv service with another facility for users. On 18 July 2013 Croatian Post will put into circulation new commemorative postage stamps from the series Croatian Castles. Four new stamps with the nominal value of 1.60 HRK, depict photographs of the Vukovar castle Eltz, Ilok castle Odescalchi, Virovitica castle Pejačević and Kutjevo castle Turković. Stamps designed by Tomislav Vlainić from Split, have been issued in miniature sheets of 9 stamps and in common sheet of eight stamps and eight labels.

Notice to users
With reference to the fact that the Republic of Croatia has become member of the EU please note that starting from 1 July  2013 Croatian citizens no longer have right to VAT money return for goods bought in EU states. Croatian citizens who bought goods in EU can cash their cheques certified with customs seal at the latest by 30 June 2013.

Svečana promocija poštanske marke i poštanskog bloka
Svečana promocija nove poštanske marke i poštanskog bloka „Pristupanje Hrvatske Europskoj uniji“ održana je u izložbenom prostoru Hrvatske pošte u Jurišićevoj 13 u Zagrebu. Uzvanike je pozdravio predsjednik Uprave Hrvatske pošte Alen Premužak te istaknuo kako je uz brojne druge institucije Hrvatska pošta na sebi svojstven način obilježila ovaj uistinu veliki dan.

On 1 July 2013 Croatian Post will put into circulation new commemorative postage stamp and a souvenir sheet dedicated to the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.

On 9 May 2013 Croatian Post will put into circulation two new postage stamps from the series “Europa“. This year the theme is postal vehicles and thus the stamps depict the motifs of postal moped and van whose photographs have been borrowed from the archives of the HT Museum.
