Intoll was an ASX listed entity established in 1996 to invest and develop quality toll road assets.
On 18 November 2010, securityholders of Intoll voted to approve the acquisition of Intoll by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). The acquisition was completed on 14 December 2010. For tax information relevant to Intoll securityholders, please see the link 'Intoll Tax Information'.
On completion, those Intoll securityholders that made valid scrip elections became shareholders of Blue Jay Roads Limited.
