About the wiki

This is the home of the FvwmWiki, a collection of user pages, tips, etc.,focusing on theFVWMwindow manager.

Originally, this used to be aMoinMoin wiki, but hassince been migrated to useikiwiki which isslightly more robust, allows for greater flexibility, and standardises on anumber of tools, rather than relying on odd upgrade paths using MoinMoin.

How to use the wiki

Because this wiki uses ikiwiki, the markup usesMarkdown to describe the pages.Here is anintroduction to Markdown syntax.

Pages are organised into categories where possible, although no defined layouthas yet been decided on.
