- The Barbara McInnis House, medical respite facility, provides 24 hour, cost-effective medical and recuperative services for patients with complex conditions like cancer, heart disease, pneumonia and high risk pregnancy,
- The Dental Clinic with five operatories provides comprehensive dental services - including fillings, bridges, crowns, dentures, and oral surgery. BHCHP also operates the dental clinic at Pine Street Inn,
- The Behavioral Health Team, made up of psychiatrists, a psychologist, & clinical social workers, treats patients at the clinics, the medical respite facility and at family shelters throughout the community. It provides individual and group counseling, child and family therapy & medication management,
- The Family Team provides quality health care, behavioral health services and substance abuse counseling to homeless families and children living in over 30 family and domestic violence shelters. They care for over 1600 patients a year,
- The HIV Team works within homeless shelters, where they provide HIV counseling and testing as well as conduct groups on HIV prevention. Their goal is to identify homeless people with HIV who are unaware of their infection and to get them into treatment,
- The Street Team is a medical team that provides primary care and behavioral health care to chronically homeless men and women who live in alleys and under bridges. In addition to the "rough sleepers", the Street Team provides care to chronically homeless men & women who have been recently housed,
- The Transgender Clinic, sited within the Primary Care Clinic, provides once-a-week medical and behavioral health services for those who are experiencing the dual risk factors of being homeless and transgender,
- New Podiatry, Optometry and Suboxone services are sited within the Primary Care Clinic,
- A Pharmacy is available to all BHCHP patients,
- The Research Institute is a collaborative center for research, quality improvement, writing, ethics and education, advocacy and public policy with a mission to improve the health and health status of homeless persons,
