In this Advance Wars: Dual Strike strategy guide, you'll find:
C-9? We sunk your battleship! Hey now, put away those guns...
Complete Mission 26 in Normal Campaign. At that point you can buy them from Hachi for 1000 points.
Complete Mission 26 in Normal Campaign. At that point you can buy them from Hachi for 3500 points.
Complete Mission 26 in Normal Campaign. At that point you can buy him from Hachi for 3500 points.
When you level up your Commanding officers to rank 10, you may buy an alternate outfit (not a colour edit) from the store.
You have to reach Level 10 or higher with a CO. Then go to buy the CO edit from Hachi, and you will unlock the alternative costume in the CO edit menu.
Once you complete the entire campaign, the wallpapers for the three COs that you used most that campaign will become available. They're selectable from the Display menu.
You must comeplete Misson 22. At that point you can purchase Oozium from Battle Maps for 1000 credits. You can then have predeployed Ooziums in your design maps.
You must complete the normal campaign once, then purchase it from Hachi for 2000 points.
Complete the Hard Campaign Mode once. After that you can buy him from Hachi's store.
You must acquire the map in Mission 16, Snowy Hunters. Check in the southeastern most city, on the small island that has the com tower.
Complete Mission 20 in Normal Campaign. At that point you can buy them from Hachi for 1000 points.
Complete Mission 26 in Normal Campaign. At that point you can buy him from Hachi for 1000 points.
Complete mission 22: Crystal Calamity to unlock COs Sasha, Grimm, and Javier the store.
You must must complete the hard campaign. Then go to the CO Select Screen to get it. This will allow you to hide during Super CO Power.
You must collect all 300 medals.
You must successfully complete the basic "Turn" survival course.
To get an easy rank promotion, just start a new campaign and complete the first two levels with Jake. Each time you complete one of those levels, you should receive 300 experience points. Continue starting new games and doing the first two levels until Jake is level 10 or higher. He will now be that same level in any other mode.
For an easy way to level up your characters go to the survival mode, select the "turn" option, you will go through the basic course with 11 maps and 99 turns to do this. these maps are way easier to complete than the "money" or "time" maps are. upon completing the basic course you will receive well over 1000 exp. plus a bonus for any turns you have left over. after you do this you will have the option to do the champion course which is the same 11 maps as many times as you can in 120 turns. unlike the basic course, if you choose to yield early you will get bonus points for all turns left in the champion course. if you can manage to get to the second wave of maps with about 40 turns left you can earn well over 2000 exp. plus bonus. these maps are a quick and easy way to seriously level up those low ranking co's.
Once you've unlocked Mission 19 in Hard mode, you need to set aside a save file that you'll use for this cheat, and save your current game. In mission 19 there are 22 Oozium, 2 pipes, and a cannon, if you take out all of that and get 300 bonus you'll leave this level with 1200 pts. That's doubled to 2400pts.! I don't remember why it's doubled.
Before deploying, pump up your strongest team of COs (by team I mean compatible COs with two or more stars) using the Tower power, Star Power, Desert Scorpion, & Bruiser. Put those two in charge of the Orange Star, and pick any two COs you want to level up on Blue Moon. Just keep Blue Moon in the game and try to triple team the oozium for an effective kill, indirect attacks are weak on them, but they can help. Take com-towers whenever possible and don't leave any of your units next to oozium at the end of your turn and you'll be alright.
Once you've beaten the mission watch your points rack up and save to the extra file. Now every time you want to level up just go through the mission and save again to the other file. This'll also give you loads of credits!
Below are three worthwhile ways to gain medals easily.
Method 1
You should consider using Colin (with the power of money) to make this a quick fight (if you're fighting Oozium). It’s possible to remove the pipe if you want to get direct-combat unit creation medals.
Method 2
Method 3
