VisualWorks Smalltalk:Scene and not herd! VisualWorks is a descendent of the original Smalltalk-80 from the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center, now a product ofCincom. It's a great programming environment! The environment continues to evolve, with version 7.4 having been released in the winter of 2005.

This site hosts informal discussions of VisualWorks, information on various packages for VisualWorks sold by Cincom or others, as well as free packages. There is aNon-Commercial version of VisualWorks and onlinedocumentation available for immediate download from Cincom.
