For 2003-04, this data element will be required for all students who completed or were expected to complete the school term at a school in your district including dropouts, high school completers, and as well as other students. Beginning in 2004-05, this data element will be required for all individual students by school of enrollment because it will be used in the disaggregation of 2004-05 enrollment and attendance data by school and by economic status.
