Portugal will hold the second (2nd) round of the elections to choose the next President of the Portuguese Republic on February 8th 2026.
If you are registered on the Washington DC electoral roll, you may vote at the Embassy of Portugal in Washington, DC (2012 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20036). The dates are as follows:
- 7th February (Saturday), between 08:00–19:00
- 8th February (Sunday), between 08:00–15:00
If you are registered to vote in the State of Florida, voting will take place at the Consular Office in Palm Coast (25 Old Kings Road North, Suite 7B, Palm Coast, FL 32137-3639).
Before going to the polling station, please confirm where you are registered here.

Due to weather conditions, the Consular Section of the Embassy of Portugal in Washington DC will remain closed for the entire day today, January 27th.
Portuguese citizens may, however, exercise their right to vote at the Consular Section if they so wish. Early voting will remain open until Thursday,January 29th, between10:00 a.m. and3:00 p.m.
