Description

Haruya is the first student to approachYukito andMiyuki. He is quite eccentric, bad student because he spends his time drying classes and he teasesMiyuki ( just for fun ) quite often. In return, he is pretty teased by other girls, who puts him in funny states.

He is frightened by the president of the student council and the council in general, saying that all are heartless men.
